Project Scope

• Exterior building envelope conditions assessments and documentation of restoration at historic brick masonry industrial building for conversion into affordable housing.

• Performed survey of all facades and roofs on a single day. Survey included the documentation of all deteriorated exterior conditions as well as elements of the building that were not original and would need to be removed. All survey notes were recorded on existing elevation drawings and through photographs.

• Survey was performed using a telephotographic camera, binoculars and visual review from accessible grounds, windows, fire escape, and roofs.
