Historical Significance: The city of Attleboro only had two theatres and the Union Theatre, built in 1926, was a successful local movie house for decades.

Project Scope:
Documentation of existing conditions of historic theater building. Preparation of restoration documentation for exterior facade and renovations to building interior for Performing Arts, Restaurant, and Residential Apartments.
