Historical Significance:
The Trinity Repertory Company was founded in 1963 and settled into the home of the former Emery Majestic Theatre in 1973. The Emery Majestic Theatre was built in 1916. It has one of the few notable terracotta facades in downtown Providence.

Scope:

Assessment of existing historic architectural terracotta masonry facade to determine existing conditions and areas of concern.
Preparation of documentation of existing conditions and proposed restoration scope of work.
Construction documentation of exterior restoration.
Construction administration during performance of work.
