Project Scope:

• Built in 1928 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977.

• Wessling Architects was hired as a historic masonry consultant to assist in the restoration of the architectural terracotta facade. Project scope included providing material specifications and detailing for restoration and partial replacement of deteriorated terracotta and masonry backup wall construction.
