Challenge: Redesign a space that has been at the museum for over 40 years, with the last renovation in 2000.

Scope:

• Reimagined and redesigned permanent exhibit that is a developmentally appropriate environment where children ages 3 and under and their caregivers can explore, play and discover in a safe place.

• Limited demolition of existing interior partitions and fixtures and selected interior doors.

• New construction includes interior reconfiguration, ADA compliant restroom and kitchen and new flooring and lighting.
