Scope:

Complete removal of the existing architectural wall panels (Petrarch-Exterior Architectural Wall Panels) that were fastened (exposed) to the exterior walls and replacing them with new composite metal panels (Reynobond 4mm PE core) to create a new modern look.
Installation of continuous AVB (Air Vapor Barrier) on the existing and isolated replacement plywood sheathing.
Ballast EPDM roof removal and replacement with a PVC roof system.
